ONCE I HAVE CHOSEN THE RIGHT DESIGN PACKAGE HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Please get in touch to book an appointment by calling 01243 767366 or completing our online form. I will then book you in for a free, initial consultation which takes place in – store at Drapewise, 30b Southgate, Chichester where Lisa Harrison Interiors is based, offering help and advice every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Initial consultations typically last up to 1 hour. During your 1 -2-1 consultation, I will show you a variety of carefully selected fabric and wallpaper books that are available from leading design houses.
CAN I MIX THE DESIGN PACKAGES?
Yes. Our design packages are flexible and can be tailored to suit your individual needs. Any additional service required can be easily arranged during the creative experience.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE PACKAGES?
After your free, initial consultation in – store, and choice of design package. A small deposit of £100 is required to begin the design process , and ordering of all fabric, wallpaper and flooring samples. This non –refundable deposit is fully redeemable against our Colour Package or Transform Package when ordering materials from our recommended supplier Drapewise, specialising in high quality soft furnishings, wall coverings, blinds, shutters, tracks and poles, re-upholstery and motorisation for more than over 20 years.
As the Collector package offers bespoke creations the package fee is non redeemable against your chosen commission or art. As per the other packages a £100 deposit is required for sourcing to start.
DO YOU OFFER A FREE MEASURING SERVICE WITH HOME VISITS?
Yes. After discussing your specific requirements during your free initial 1-2-1 consultation, I will book your home visit. Our expert interior designer will view the space and take the necessary preliminary measurements for the purpose of providing a made to measure curtain service, measure the windows if shutters or blinds are required ensuring a perfect fit.
WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP SAMPLES?
Yes, absolutely. Before your final in – store appointment, all fabric, wallpaper and flooring samples will be ordered for you. You will be presented with a personalised Collectors tray which will contain a hand-picked selection of samples to help you achieve your desired look, within budget. Upon your final selection, I will place your order and provide you with a detailed list of your chosen products.
I DO NOT LIVE IN WEST SUSSEX, BUT CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU?
Of course, I would love to work with you. If you have a particular project in mind and are unable to visit us at our in –store location in Drapewise, Chichester for consultations, I can visit you at your home. Please mention this in the message box when booking your appointment online or over the phone. Depending on the distance a non redeemable day rate of £220 may be applied.
DO YOU HAVE RECOMMENDED FITTERS AND INSTALLERS?
Yes. I only work with our trusted suppliers, painters, and decorators.
Upon our instruction, they will contact you directly to book an appointment to visit your home or property to make their final measurements and to ensure a, stress-free, bespoke service.
Equally if you live further afield and prefer to purchase wall coverings from us, and let your preferred decorator complete the project due to convenience this is also a possibility.
WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO DRESS A ROOM FOR A SPECIAL EVENT?
Yes. If you are looking for a non permanent installation, for example preparing a room or a table for a themed party, a corporate event or a seasonal celebration such as Christmas festivities, if you can imagine it, I can style it. With the years of decorating and styling location houses this is an additional service offered to our clients to transform their existing spaces into beautifully innovative settings. A daily fee of £300 would apply.
